By downloading, installing, or using SimplSub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
SimplSub is a subscription management app that helps users track, manage, and get reminders for their recurring payments and subscriptions. The App detects subscriptions by reading notifications from banking and payment apps with your explicit permission.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of subscription data in the App
- Managing your actual subscriptions through the respective service providers
- Granting or revoking notification access permissions
- Keeping your device secure
Limitations
The App is a tracking and reminder tool only. Please note:
- We do not process any payments or financial transactions
- We cannot cancel or modify your subscriptions on your behalf
- Subscription detection is based on notification parsing and may not be 100% accurate
- Renewal date calculations are estimates based on detected billing cycles
- The App is not a substitute for checking your bank statements
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of SimplSub and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Subscription detection will capture all transactions
- Renewal dates and amounts will always be accurate
- The App will be compatible with all devices or banking apps
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplSub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, incorrect renewal dates, or undetected subscriptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
